I have travelled to many places and eaten in all kinds of restaurants, but what I experienced at Spoons Lanzarote really touched me. It was not just the food or the music or the cocktails. It was the people. The team at Spoons made me feel like I was more than a guest. They made me feel like part of something.
I went there with a group of friends for dinner and some live music. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such genuine friendliness that we immediately relaxed. The host greeted us with a big smile and guided us to a table where we could see the band later in the evening. Every member of the team we met that night was kind, funny and full of positive energy.
Our waiter joked with us and made great recommendations from the menu. We were laughing before we even ordered. When my friend had a small issue with her dish, it was solved with such professionalism and care that it actually made her feel even more valued. That kind of attention is rare.
Throughout the night, someone was always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Drinks arrived fast, the food was delicious and the staff never stopped smiling. Even when the place started to get really busy, they stayed calm and attentive with everyone. I noticed how they spoke several languages too, making tourists from different countries feel understood and welcome.
When the live music started, the vibe turned even more magical. We were already in a great mood, and with the band playing and the team dancing along while working, it felt like being part of a big happy family. It was clear that these people enjoy what they do and that energy is contagious.
We ended the night taking a selfie with our waiter and promising to come back. And we did. Twice more during the same week. Because when you find a place that makes you feel seen, heard and appreciated, you don’t want to go anywhere else.
Spoons Lanzarote is much more than a restaurant. It is a place where kindness is real and hospitality comes from the heart. I will remember those nights not just for the fun we had but for how wonderfully we were treated.
